Fake Joker Movie Poster Process
I had a fun time figuring out how to recreate this joker movie poster, I choose the Joker featuring Joaquin Phoenix because it is one of my favorite renditions. I first had to do my make-up like the joker and it was a super fun process. I bought face paint but it was way too thin, so I used the next best thing, acrylic paint.
Next, I had to figure out how to take the self-portrait while still being in focus. It was super hard to get it to focus and have a timer set. I set it up my camera on a tripod and then had my friend sit where I was going to sit to focus it then set up my timer and sat where she sat.
I also set up a speed light to help create that black background in the middle of the day. Once I got the picture I edited it in photoshop by dying my hair green, sharpening up my face, and blurring my hair a little. I also found fonts that matched the ones on the original poster. And this is how I created the fake joker movie poster.
